Using the Ellisbrook Mark.
Ellisbrook’s visual identity represents our standards, reputation, and commitment to professional project delivery. These guidelines help consultants, project partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and media use the Ellisbrook name and mark accurately and consistently.
The Ellisbrook name and mark may not be reproduced, modified, or applied without prior written authorization from Ellisbrook Constructors Inc.
Authorization & Permitted Use
Any external reproduction of the Ellisbrook name or mark requires prior written approval from Ellisbrook Constructors Inc. Approval is granted for a specific purpose and a specific set of materials, and does not extend to other uses, formats, or future publications.
Written Approval First
Confirm approval in writing before producing, printing, or publishing anything carrying the Ellisbrook name or mark.
Scope Is Specific
Permission applies only to the approved purpose, material, and placement described in the request.
No Implied Relationship
Use does not imply endorsement, partnership, project award, or any authorization beyond that specific use.
Withdrawal
Ellisbrook may request correction or removal of any use that falls outside the approved scope or these standards.
Approved Artwork
Only artwork supplied by Ellisbrook may be used. The horizontal lockup is the primary identifier and is used wherever space allows. The reversed white version is used on deep navy. The standalone mark is reserved for compact applications. Supplied files must be used as provided and must never be recreated, redrawn, or typeset by hand.
Horizontal Lockup
Primary identifier, deep navy on white or pale neutral backgrounds.
Reversed Lockup
White artwork on deep navy, for dark backgrounds only.
Standalone Mark
Compact applications where the full lockup would not remain legible.
Clear Space, Scale, Colour & Backgrounds
Clear Space
Maintain clear space equal to the height of the mark on all four sides. No type, rules, imagery, or other marks may enter that area.
Scale
Scale proportionally at all times. Reproduce the mark large enough that every letterform and detail stays clearly legible at normal viewing distance for that material.
Colour & Backgrounds
Ellisbrook deep navy (#0A1E3D) on white or pale neutral backgrounds, or white reversed on deep navy. No other colourways, and no placement on backgrounds that reduce contrast or legibility.

Prohibited Alterations
The following are not permitted in any material, in any format, at any size.
Stretching or distortion
Do not condense, extend, or scale non-proportionally.
Rotation
Do not tilt, angle, or set the mark vertically.
Cropping
Do not crop, bleed off, or partially obscure the artwork.
Recolouring
Do not apply any colour outside deep navy and reversed white.
Gradients, outlines, effects
No gradients, strokes, shadows, glows, or bevels.
Rearranging the lockup
Do not move, resize, or separate elements of the lockup.
Changing typography
Do not substitute, retype, or restyle any letterforms.
Busy or low-contrast backgrounds
Do not place the mark where legibility is reduced.
Combining with another mark
Do not lock up with other logos without an approved layout.
Request Approved Brand Files
Approved artwork is issued on request to authorized parties. Approval is application-specific, and Ellisbrook may request a proof before production or publication.
Include in Your Request
- 01Your organization and the requester's name and role.
- 02Intended use and the audience for the material.
- 03Placement and material — print, digital, signage, apparel, or document.
- 04Required file format and colour space.
- 05Deadline for production or publication.
