Commercial Frameworks

Bonding Availability

Ellisbrook maintains a surety relationship supporting bid, performance, and labour and material payment bonding for contracts within our operating capacity. Bonding capacity is confirmed by our surety directly to the owner on a project basis. Amounts are not published.

Insurance Availability

Commercial general liability, automobile, and other coverages appropriate to the construction work we perform, together with Ontario workplace safety coverage. Certificates are issued for a specific contract on request. Values are not published.

Financial & Commercial Information

Corporate financial and commercial information is provided privately, and where appropriate under confidentiality, during formal procurement or prequalification review.

Ellisbrook does not publish bonding limits, insurance values, certification numbers, safety statistics, revenue, or project counts. This information is confirmed in writing by Ellisbrook, its surety, or its insurer, and provided privately during formal procurement or qualification review.

Qualification Documents

A qualification package is assembled for the specific procurement and typically includes:

  • Corporate profile and organizational structure
  • Statement of markets, services, and delivery models
  • Health and safety program documentation and clearance records
  • Insurance certificates and surety confirmation for the specific contract
  • Project experience and reference information relevant to the procurement
  • Key personnel assignments and reporting structure

Procurement Platforms

Ellisbrook receives and responds to opportunities posted on public and agency procurement portals, consultant bid depositories, and owner-hosted document sites. We also accept invitations issued directly by email.

To register Ellisbrook on a specific portal or vendor list, send the portal name and registration requirements to estimating and our team will complete the enrolment.
